This security guard was extremely frustrated that a parking enforcement officer was putting a boot on his tire while he was standing right there. Since he wasn't giving in, he decided to jump in his car and try to drive away with the boot on his car. With his 'No F**ks Given' attitude, it was no surprise that depsite his tire exploding but he just kept on driving.
