When a very large hole was found at the base of this building, city management decided to fix it. They didn't realize that a dog had crawled into the hole before covering it up. A couple days later, a couple people heard a dog howling underneath and began to take immediate action. The man began to remove the stone blocks and sand until the dog's face was revealed. He slowly pulled the dog out and to his surprise, the dog was pregnant. Luckily - the sweet dog was rescued.
